+It looks like something to bring Mageia community back to Mandriva.

+I also agree we should not join this :
+- it's not clear what this entity will be doing and why it is needed
+- the Mageia.org governance model is good, we don't need an other entity
+- it's free software so we can already share code with other
+ distributions if needed, without joining a new entity
+- joining this would confuse people about independance of Mageia

+So I think we have nothing to gain by joining, and a lot we can lose.
